Photoshop Tutorials: Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced

Be fearless when it comes to tutorials. The easy ones can refresh your skills and sometimes advance your knowledge. The intermediate and advanced ones challenge you past your comfort zone and skill level. If the tutorial is beyond your ability right now, save it and go back to it later, after you've learned a bit more. Do tutorials every day, at least one a day. Try to see and understand how each thing you do affects what you are creating. Studying Photoshop's style layers and messing around with them is one of the many ways to advance your understanding and ability. Try several tutorials on the same thing, like uhm, planet creation or stars or gleaming gold or silver text. Sometimes you can take the best parts of each and develop a way all your own. Most important, stay focused. Frustration is really just another opportunity to learn.
